Shipments and Delivery Periods

These deadlines are approximate, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process. Please have in mind that orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 5 days after you receive a confirmation e-mail.

Returns

 

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

After receiving the items, you can notify us with your wish to return/exchange no later than 14 days. Please do not ship your exchange/return back without letting us know. Without our authorization return/exchanges will not be processed.

 

For clarity reasons, in line with the Law on Consumer Protection and Regulation 2011/83 EU of the European Parliament and the Council regulating consumer rights, which Citizens of Eternity strictly abides with, any user-buyer has the right to return an item (product) they have purchased within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the item (product) has been received without the obligation to explicitly indicate the reason for their decision to return the item (product).

All orders, respectively deliveries of items (products) to the territory of the United States of America, are final and are not subject to any returns and recoveries of any amounts paid for them.

We cannot return items that has been worn or washed. Only items in their original condition with garment tags still attached can be returned.

All returns are initiated by us. The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs, which are responsibility of the client, unless special circumstances occur.

Until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or arrived damaged. For this reason, the item you want to return should be send back to us carefully packaged and with a service that provide insurance. Delivery costs for returns and exchanges are responsibility of the buyer and the clients can arrange their own way of international shipping that supports a tracking method.

Important Information

 

Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics center is located.  

 

Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as the customization of products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area. 

 

Unless there are circumstances arising from customization of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.

For security reasons we do not guarantee delivery to Post Office Boxes, Hotels, Apart-hotels, Residence, Tourist Apartments, Transportation Agency, Logistic Platforms, and / or similar.

Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change depending on the local and international carriers, for which we cannot take responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any problems that might occur as best as we can. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number  you can keep an eye on the package and refer to it with your local post office if there is any problem or delays.

Orders are sent from the EU and might be subject to local custom duties and/or taxes depending on your location and the law of your country. These taxes are not included in the final price of the product and we do not take responsibility for the cost of these charges. The product prices shown at our website are final and includes VAT. It does not include possible custom taxes and shipping costs.
